RCC at Harvard University Grants for Short-Term Non-Funded Visits

If you are a member (Faculty o predoctoral student) of one of our Partner Universities and you have your own personal or institutional funds, you can apply for a short non-funded visit to RCCHU. The visit should not be superior than three weeks in duration. Please take note that short terms visits must follow Harvard International Office indications so far visas and visa waiver program are concerned for all the applicants. You must accept that if your entry in USA is like a tourist with an ESTA permit you can not apply for Harvard University benefits. Only temporay access to Harvard libraries can be applied.

Since these short term visits are oriented to establish an initial contact with one or more of the Schools, Centers or Departments at Harvard, complete applications must include an email or letter from a Harvard Faculty Member acknowledging interest to meet with the applicant during their stay on campus.

Short-term visit applications must be received at least two months prior to the intended start date of the visit. Short-term visits are not available in the month of August.
