RCC is pleased to announce this talk by Alvaro San Martin Rodriguez, Visiting Researcher at RCC, and employment law professor at UCM in Spain. Alvaro practices as a private lawyer and attorney as his firm in Madrid.

The privileged relationship between senior management and the company has always orbited in a higher sphere than an ordinary worker. Remuneration, responsibilities and protection proves to be an essential part in the day to day of the business.

However, when the relationship ends it is shown that there are responsibilities which, as in the case of other workers, cause serious problems and do not seem very different in countries.

The presence of the increasingly popular headhunters is influencing the transfer market in various sectors. Thus, the movement of senior management is becoming increasingly common in the major European capitals in the same way as its implications into the companies.
