Come hear former Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Timothy Massad talk on the future of cryptocurrency regulation and developments around Facebook's Libra cryptocurrency.

Mr. Massad is a lawyer and government official who served as the chairman of CFTC under President Barack Obama. He previously oversaw the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) created by the U.S. government in response to the financial crisis of 2007–08. Mr. Massad was a partner in the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP. He earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from Harvard.
