“XXI Century Leadership: how to define and achieve common goals today”

RCC is pleased to announce this talk, organized by ECUSA (Spanish Scientists in the US), featuring Juan Rivera, Associate Prof. of International Management, Loyola University, Maryland Director, American Leadership Strategies, LLC., Washington DC.

Leadership has evolved from “very influential people and behaviors” to a more collective and emergent form of influence. This workshop will showcase how both forms co-exist presently at the individual, group and social levels and the impact that leadership has in our personal and professional lives. Recommendations for being more effective in both modern and traditional forms of leadership will be made.

Juan Rivera has a Law and Management Degree, an International MBA and a PhD in Management. He has designed, implemented and taught multiple leadership development programs in Europe, Russia, US and Latin America.

This program will be in English and refreshments will be served.
