Verónica Isabella Nutting
Verónica Isabella Nutting is a Harvard student from Buenos Aires, Argentina and Wheeling, West Virginia graduating in December 2021. She is pursuing an A. B. in Computer Science with a Secondary in Government and lives in Mather House. A native bilingual (Spanish and English) speaker, Verónica is also proficient in French and learning Italian and Portuguese. In 2018, she worked as the Head Course Assistant of Harvard’s largest course, Introduction to Computer Science I (CS50), and was on the board of the Harvard Organization for Latin America (HOLA). She has continued to work for CS50 in various roles, including as a Teaching Fellow in the Harvard Business School spring 2020 version of the course: CS50 for MBAs. Outside of work and school, Veronica has been a member of Women in Computer Science (WiCS) club and their Advocacy Council. She also illustrates for the Harvard Lampoon, a humor magazine, and has recently joined the Harvard Undergraduate Robotics Club (HURC).
Verónica is particularly interested in Latin American and Spanish politics. She spent part of her summer (2019) working in the Argentine government on various digital strategy projects. She also has a great appreciation for Spanish art, food, and literature.
