Mr. MICHEL PROAÑO PONCE

As a member of the RCCHU Team, Michel oversees the daily operations and development of the organization, supporting its programs, events, and strategic initiatives. He assists the Leadership in administrative, and financial duties, ensuring the smooth management of institutional goals. Before joining RCCHU, Michel held leadership and operations roles in the energy, staffing, and hospitality sectors, driving efficiency, cost savings, and cross-functional collaboration.
Michel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an Associate degree in Business Administration & Management from Middlesex Community College. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
