Michel Proaño Ponce serves as Executive Administrator at the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University (RCCHU), overseeing the institution’s daily administrative, financial, and operational functions. He manages vendor relationships, facilities coordination, financial records, payment processes, and regulatory compliance, helping ensure the organization’s operations remain efficient, accountable, and aligned with its institutional objectives.

His work focuses on operational efficiency, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement. He has played a key role in resolving complex financial discrepancies, strengthening internal controls, and streamlining vendor management. By bringing property management responsibilities in-house, he has improved cost efficiency while assuming direct oversight of vendor selection, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
