Eva Flavia Martínez Orbegozo holds degrees in Architecture and English Philology. She was a fellow in the second cohort of Empieza Por Educar (Teach for All), as well as a teacher and student advisor at ASHOKA Changemaker School Padre Piquer (Madrid, Spain), where she took part in projects for educational innovation such as the expansion of their Multi-Task Collaborative Classrooms. She also holds two M.Ed. degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, in Education Policy and Management and Specialized Studies, which she studied with full scholarships from la Caixa and the Ramon Areces Foundation.. Her focus is on teacher and teacher quality, educational measurement, impact evaluation and data analysis, schools as organizations, and institutional theory in policy practice. She is a research fellow at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative and in in the Fall semester of 2019 she will start her doctoral studies at Harvard pursuing a PhD in Education, in the concentration of Education Policy and Program Evaluation.
