Azahara Jiménez Millán is a PhD Candidate at University of Cordoba
(Spain). Her line of research is Inclusion and Equity at University
from the perspective of its leaders. She is Personal Research
Training Fellow of the Ministry of Education and Science in Spain in
the Department of Education at University of Cordoba (Spain). She is
also a member of the Educación, Diversidad y Sociedad research group:

R+D+i project of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities
of the Government of Spain entitled Attention to Diversity and
Inclusive Education at the University. Diagnosis and evaluation of

She has been awarded a scholarship by the Spanish Ministry of
Universities for a pre-doctoral stay at University College Dublin in
2021. She is currently on a research stay at Harvard working on a
comparative study on Diversity Policies in Higher Education with prof.
Raquel Vega-Duran (Chair of the Committee on Ethnicity, Migration,
Rights at Harvard).

Throughout her career, she has gathered experience in qualitative data
analysis using ATLAS.ti software. She is certified as a professional
trainer of this software and teaches courses and workshops on the
software experiencing her passion for qualitative research.
