Spanish and European International Arbitration: Institutional and Practitioner Perspectives

RCC gladly co-sponsors and welcomes Francisco Malaga and Javier Iscar de Hoyos to speak about the state of play on the Spanish and European international arbitration scene. Francisco Malaga, as the head of Linklater’s Spain practice, will offer a viewpoint from the practitioner’s side, while Javier Iscar de Hoyos, as head of the European Center of Arbitration, will offer an institutional perspective.
