Seminar on International Taxation

RCC and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid sponsor at Harvard the Summer Course on International Taxation. The seminar will address main issues in International Taxation, such as state aids, tax havens, anti-abuse clauses in double taxation conventions and aggressive tax planning techniques. The so called “BEPS” (Base Erosion and Profits Shifting), that has been the subject of important research and policy-making initiatives promoted by OECD and the EU Commission, will be also dealt with.
