RCC is pleased to announce this conference led by Enrique Cortes, PhD, IE Business School professor of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.

Disruptive managers of today and tomorrow are involved in creating and implementing totally transformative strategies as the only way to thrive.

This conference will highlight the key issues necessary to analyze, formulate and implement transformative impactful strategies that can lead organizations to first class positions. Participants will understand what it takes to transform an organization from poor or average results to outstanding performance.

We’ll follow a very practical approach to analyze how Napoleon and Picasso were able to challenge the status quo and develop totally new approaches in their fields leading to uncontested success. Based on those two examples we will analyze the program to land a man on the moon started by John F. Kennedy to extract conclusions from a strategic perspective.
