The university system is a complex framework that varies depending on the country where researchers and professors work. It is crucial to know how it is structured, in order to succeed. The aim of this talk is to compare the main aspects of both Spanish and American systems, as well as to give some hints on how to proceed in these environments.
Linked to the Postdoc Seminar in Innovative Teaching, different talks will be held at RCC concerning strategies for predocs and postdocs to be successful in the job market. The aim of this initiative is to show the best ways to improve your skill set and to develop ideas and mechanisms in both Spain and US.
