Proyecto 21 is a civil society innitiative led by Spanish Harvard Kennedy School graduate students aimed at improving tue quality of Spanish institutions. Proyecto 21 believes that the best way of defending institutions is to make them more transparent, efficient and alligned with the general interest. Proyecto 21 is a pluralistic, independent and apolitical initiative.
Proyecto 21 leaders will present their innitiative at the RCC during a live event.
