This event aims to reduce this deficit within the context of the campaigns for the upcoming Spanish General Elections of November 10, 2019. Participants from each of the most important political parties in Spain will center the debate around the fundamental aspects of their electoral programs that deal with the most important elements of the knowledge triangle, with a special emphasis on the areas of science and higher education.

The debate will be live streamed from Madrid and attendants will be able to follow it in the RCC Conference Room. Those that are not able to join us will be able to follow the live event through their own devices through this link.

A Q&A will follow the debate and RCC Fellows, Harvard Faculty and students will be able to participate by submitting their questions previously or during the debate to rcc@harvard.edu.
