RCC is pleased to announce the second edition of the International Taxation Summer Course, co-sponsored by the Institute for Global Law and Policy at Harvard University, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and RCC.

This edition of the Summer Course on International Taxation will focus on main issues on international taxation, such as state aids, tax haven, antiabuse clauses in double taxation conventions, and aggressive tax planning techniques. We will also observe the so-called “BEPS” (Base Erosion and Profits Shifting), a subject that has been recently investigated and promoted for policy-making initiatives by the OECD and the EU Commission.

The event will feature speakers from prestigious universities, tax directors of important multinational groups, and law firms’ partners.

Please, stay tunned for more information.
