MatesGG: A Collaborative Effort to Promote the use of GeoGebra Resources in the Classroom
Date and Time
Location
A general overview of the collaborative project MatesGG, developed by the Spanish Federation of Mathematics Teachers' Societies (FESPM) with the collaboration of the Spanish Ministry of Education through INTEF, will be presented. The project aims to make available to the teacher a collection of interactive activities covering all mathematical content from Elementary School to High School. Within the project, a series of explanatory guides for a selection of applets have been developed with proposals for classroom use. In addition, some new applets have been designed, and others have been adapted for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Within the frame of the project a series of videos has been created showing a mathematical concept and how to work with a selected applet. Finally, a mobile application is being developed which contains all the produced material.
