Tic Tac Toe Innovation and the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations (IECO) at University of València (UV), in collaboration with the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University (RCCHU), organize the Human Centered Creativity and Innovation Mindset Workshop.
This workshop is addressed to executives committed to creating a human centered mindset that drives creativity in organizations and allows continuous innovation to flourish. Innovation defined as creating wining products, services and solving problems to boost businesses.
The workshop is anchored on extensive research done at top universities and direct experience with some of the most innovative companies. It presents the theory, compelling examples and cases while allowing participants to work on their specific personal or company plans. Participants come out of the workshop with an action plan to be further developed and executed.
