RCC is pleased to announce the Summit on the Future of Europe Regional Panel Understanding Developments in Europe's Southern Neighborhood, featuring European Union Special Representative to the Middle East Peace Process (1996-2003) and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, (2004-2010), Miguel Ángel Moratinos.
