RCC is pleased to announce this course delivered by Victoria Alsina as part of the winter activities organized at Harvard January@GSAS.

Abstract:  In light of new developments in communication technology that make direct democracy technically feasible in a mass society, it exists a crucial debate about the challenges of introducing E-democracy. In this course we will explore real experiences about how new technologies can better serve to democratic regeneration and innovation.
