Education, Equality, and Fundamental Rights: The Right to Inclusive Education

The conference will explore inclusive education as an expression of the fundamental right to equality. From a constitutional and fundamental rights perspective, it will examine the transition from integration to genuine inclusion, with particular attention to disability and non-discrimination. It will also address the role of public authorities in removing barriers to education and ensuring substantive equality and full participation for all students.
