Current Challenges of WTO Dispute Settlement: Activism vs. Constructivism

Prof. em. Cottier will discuss some of the jurisprudential issues involved in current WTO disputes and focus on contractual and constitutional interpretation of WTO Law. The discussion will be chaired by Professor Mark Wu and Professor José Manuel Martínez.
