David Luna has previously served in the Colombian Congress, where he was elected Member of House of Representatives in 2006 for the Bogota Constituency. He led the digital transformation process in both the public and the private sectors, supported the creative industry and digital entrepreneurship based on apps development, platforms, and videogames. He also promoted the project "Free WiFi Zones for the People", with more than 1,300 WiFi spots installed all over Colombia.
