RCC is pleased to announce this leadership breakfast, organized by the Kennedy School Alumni/ae association, featuring Prof. Manuel Guillén.

Manuel Guillén Parra, Professor of Management at the University of Valencia and Director of the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations (IECO), will lead a discussion on Building Trust in Organizations through Meaningful Work.

Professor Guillén is the University of Valencia Representative at RCC-Harvard University and Director of the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations.  The Institute wishes to contribute to a revitalization of ethical thought in society, particularly at the professional level. The central objective of the Institute is to increase knowledge and promote critical thinking about the role of ethics in management, leadership and communication in organizations. The main priorities of the Institute are research, education and consultancy.

The IECO holds annual colloquia in collaboration with Real Colegio Complutense, located on the Harvard University campus.  The recent colloquium, Building Trust in Organizations through Meaningful Work, brought together leading scholars and practitioners to shed light on what it takes to promote a workplace environment that brings out the best in people, creating not only trust, but also organizations that thrive.

Bagels will be provided but please bring your own coffee or tea.
