Repsol is a  global company that seeks the welfare of people and is a step ahead in building a better future through the development of smart energy. Population growth, increased urbanization…growing needs for energy, food, water. Facing this changes, we need to be faster, more disruptive and provide more complex technological solutions.
We are 24,532 employees from more than 84 nationalities committed to guaranteeing society a sustainable, efficient and safe energy supply. The keys to our success are innovation and the talent of the people who adrianacompose the company. More than fifty laboratories and pilot plants at the Repsol Technology Center in Madrid, more than 350 million euros invested in innovation in the last four years and more than 4.6 million metric tons of CO2 reduced between 2006 and 2016. At Repsol we believe that access to energy is a universal right. Everyone is entitled to economic and sustainable energy sources. Therefore, our obligation is to guarantee a safe and competitive supply while preserving the environment and ensuring a better planet for future generations. Repsol is constantly present in people's daily lives: the surgical instruments in an operating room, the insulating foam installed in our homes, the clothes we wear, and the plastic used in greenhouses are just some examples of the products we manufacture using the raw materials obtained from oil and gas processing but also from other sustainable sources. We also aim to facilitate mobility. We generate most of the energy that humans need to move around every
day. Not only do we produce increasingly efficient fuels, but we’ve also spent years promoting projects to supply energy to different types of vehicles, such as those that run on AutoGas or electricity, that are alternatives aimed at achieving a sustainable mobility future. We make all of REPSOLthis possible by driving improvements and developing innovative projects, which is one of the distinguishing features of our company. In order to fulfill our commitment to innovation, we have formed partnerships with various actors in society
and are committed to the collaborative economy as a work model. Our goal is to use natural resources responsibly and develop even more energy efficient and environmentally friendly technologies.
Everyone who forms part of Repsol works towards this objective every day. This is our project for the future. We are making it a reality thanks to the talent and enthusiasm of our team of professionals and, naturally, we would like to count on the best professionals to face the next challenge.
