Mr. Joaquín Almunia, former Vice-President, former Commissioner for Competition and former Commissioner Economic and Financial Affairs, European Commission, is invited to participate at the course Spain 40 Years Later: From Franco Dictatorship to the Indignados Movement, by Prof. José Manuel Martínez Sierra.

Participants will be able to discuss major questions about the past 29 years of Spain in the European Union.
