Accelerator
Harvard and Spain: Strengthening the Bridge!
The Real Colegio Complutense Accelerator is an initiative designed to serve as a strategic bridge between startups born within Spanish universities and the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Harvard.
The RCC Accelerator is designed to structure resources, strengthen connections, and provide comprehensive support to university-driven entrepreneurial projects emerging from Spain, while also helping Harvard-founded startups identify and attract talent from Spanish universities.
Its purpose is to provide entrepreneurs with access to an American perspective on entrepreneurship and facilitate their integration into the Harvard ecosystem’s resources: specialized training, strategic mentorship, international investor networks, and direct connections to the Massachusetts business community.
The RCC Accelerator Board is composed of an exceptional group of individuals with experience in entrepreneurship, business, finance, medicine, and technology, representing diverse programs across Harvard and MIT.
The accelerator is structured into three levels of engagement.
Level 1 – RCC Ecosystem
We maintain a dynamic portfolio of startups created within our member universities and affiliated entrepreneurial programs, including university innovation offices and technology transfer centers (OTCs).
Our ventures receive ongoing access to opportunities, resources, and strategic connections across the RCC network as they become available.
Level 2 – Mentorship Track
This level is designed to accelerate promising projects through personalized guidance and prepare them to enter the U.S.
Initial Assessment and Personalized Mentorship
Each startup begins with a comprehensive diagnostic meeting with the RCC Accelerator team to understand the venture's stage of development, identify strengths and challenges, define strategic priorities, assess resource needs, and design a customized acceleration roadmap.
Each company receives tailored one-on-one guidance from experienced mentors, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts, with regular sessions aligned to its technology, market, and growth objectives.
