Under the spotlight: Spanish Higher Education

Date and Time

December 7, 2021
06:00PM - 08:00PM EST

Location

RCC Conference Room, 26 Trowbridge St.

Amidst current legal and socio-political discussions around Higher Education, several pillars of the Spanish higher education system are now being discussed from multiple perspectives. In order to shed light on the many complexities of the debate, the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard seeks to stir conversations that identify some of the challenges and opportunities that these reforms might have, and the impact on the university system as we know it today, centred upon the main three areas that Spanish academia revolves around: research, teaching and academic management. Different voices will be incorporated through students, researchers and professors with academic experience at both sides of the Atlantic, hoping to bring together a variety of perspectives that will surely enrich such timely discussion.

This event will be of interest to all RCC fellows who are willing to offer constructive criticism and insights into Spanish higher education today.

Food and beverages will be provided by during the event. Please register for this event here
