RCC sponsors a number of Study Groups led by scholars from Harvard and our Partner Universities. The RCC Study Groups focus on different fields of study, including Experimental and Social Sciences, Architecture, Health, Engineering, Education, Communication and Humanities.
RCC Study Groups foster original and innovative research on different areas. Each Study Group has its own specificities, but they all share a common ground to explore a wide range of topics and they are all presided over a shared spirit of openness, flexibility and cross-cultural collaboration. RCC Study Groups are the perfect fit for those willing to share ideas, research and discuss new approaches to common topics in the fields. We do so by bringing together faculty, visiting scholars, researchers, graduate students and other professionals, through encouraging discussion and exchange of ideas from a multidisciplinary perspective. In order to achieve fruitful debate and discussion, we facilitate the flow of communication among scholars and other individuals that are experts in the referred field by means of presentation of high-quality research.
The relevance of RCC Fellows and Associates, as well as their partnerships with local scholars and the Faculty of Harvard University, allow these Study Groups to create international knowledge networks and to promote intellectual exchange in a multidisciplinary framework.
RCC encourages active participation of junior researchers in the different Projects and Programs. This collaboration provides fresh understanding of the topics of study, granting the integration of young scholars and students in the academic community.
