Silvia Adam Reig
Silvia Adam Reig is an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. She is interested in strategy, online channel, and the intersection of business and sustainability.
She spent the last 3 years working in the UK for Henkel and was the team lead of Henkel´s household adhesives brands, conducting market analysis, launching new products and media campaigns, and managing the product portfolio. She also drove initiatives with leading online pure players to enhance collaboration and accelerate growth. Before that, Silvia worked in Germany in Henkel’s headquarters as part of the Strategy and Business Development team for industrial adhesives. She was responsible for projects related to the strategic direction of the division and market intelligence.
Silvia graduated from her undergraduate business studies at ESADE in 2012. During her studies, she completed an exchange at the University of North Carolina, an internship in a boutique consulting firm in Spain, and volunteered for a micro-finance institution in El Salvador. Subsequently, Silvia pursued her CEMS Master in International Management at ESADE and the University of Cologne, receiving a CEMS award for a team business project with Lufthansa Cargo.
