DESCRIPTION:<p>RCC is pleased to announce this event at the <a href="https://ces.fas.harvard.edu/#/events/3921" data-url="https://ces.fas.harvard.edu/#/events/3921">Center for European Studies at Harvard</a>, featuring <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joaqu%C3%ADn_Almunia">Joaquín Almunia</a>, <span class="affiliations">Former Vice President and Commissioner for Competition, European Commission, 2010-2014.</span><!--break--></p><p>Mr. Almunia will analyze the role that the European Central Bank, the European Council, the European Commission, the International Monetary Fund and other national monetary authorities have played during the economic crisis.
