This workshop will showcase how both forms co-exist presently at the individual, group and social levels and the impact that leadership has in our personal and professional lives. Recommendations for being more effective in both modern and traditional forms of leadership will be made.</p><div>Juan Rivera has a Law and Management Degree, an International MBA and a PhD in Management.
