This lecture focuses on the contribution of architecture to the ideological construction of the so-called Catalan Countries. A GSAS student should attend if she is interested in the intertwining of architectural and political debates, and in the territorial tensions Spain is experiencing today. A GSAS student should expect to gain knowledge of Spain, its rich cultural diversity, and its complex recent history.

Contact: rcc@harvard.edu
