DESCRIPTION:<p>RCC is pleased to announce this event of the <a href="https://ces.fas.harvard.edu/#/events/3541" data-url="https://ces.fas.harvard.edu/#/events/3541">European Election Monitor Series</a>, concerning the recent elections in Poland, Portugal, and Spain. A panel of experts will assess the outcomes and impacts of the elections.
