SUMMARY:Complementing Human Minds with Digital Brains
DESCRIPTION:
Throughout history, people have augmented their physical and mental capabilities with technology. Generative AI is to mental activity what robots are to physical activity: capable of independent action and performance. This is powerful, but also risky, because from an educational perspective it is dangerous to let anything do your thinking for you. This session will describe Intelligence Augmentation (IA), a framework for understanding how to combine the complementary strengths of human minds and AI’s digital brain.

	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="8f7dcf44-a5cc-4e8a-a3eb-88cac03badb3" alt="marian2"></drupal-media>

You can follow the event here

Speaker: Christopher Dede (Senior Research Fellow of Harvard Graduate School of Education).

Sponsor: RCCHU; Harvard Graduate School of Education; Harvard University
