DESCRIPTION:<p style="margin:0in;text-align:justify">	<span style="background:white"><span style='NewRoman",serif'><span lang="EN-US" style="sans-serif">RCC is pleased to announce this <strong>Leadership Survival Skills Workshop on The Search for Meaning at Work.</strong> This program is organized by the Harvard Kennedy School New England Alumni Association, and focuses on the development of the skills and strategies needed for addressing leadership challenges.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin:0in;text-align:justify">	 </p><p style="margin:0in;text-align:justify">	<span style="background:white"><span style='NewRoman",serif'><span lang="EN-US" style="sans-serif">The Harvard Kennedy School has long stressed the importance of leadership in organizations, government, and business. Regardless of the leadership framework, theory, or practice one might embrace, continuing to explore leadership styles and capacity is critical in becoming effective and balanced in our approach to those with whom we interact. The Program is offered to all interested alumni and friends of the HKS.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin:0in;text-align:justify">	 </p><p style="margin:0in">	<span style='NewRoman",serif'><span lang="EN-US" style="background:white"><span style="sans-serif">Many people ask themselves: "Is my current job a burden or asset to my achieving happiness and feeling fulfilled?" "Who and what gives meaning to my work?" This workshop will address how to focus our work-related motivations to best achieve satisfaction and meaning. We will discuss how work contributes to our full personal development and - as leaders - the personal development of those around us.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin:0in">	<span style='NewRoman",serif'><span lang="EN-US" style="background:white"><span style="sans-serif">Do you perceive your work as 'just a job', 'a career', 'a calling' or 'a higher calling'?</span></span></span><br><span style='NewRoman",serif'><span lang="EN-US" style="background:white"><span style="sans-serif">This workshop will reveal what motivates us at work!</span></span></span></p><p style="margin:0in">	 </p><p style="margin:0in">	<span style='NewRoman",serif'><span lang="EN-US" style="background:white"><span style="sans-serif">Participants will take a short quiz (located here: </span></span><a href="https://findmeaningfulwork.com" style="color:blue"><span lang="EN-US" style="background:white"><span style="sans-serif">https://findmeaningfulwork.com</span></span></a><span lang="EN-US" style="background:white"><span style="sans-serif">) at the beginning of the session designed to help each of us recognize our existing, work-related motivations. The quiz will take 7 to 10 minutes to complete. He specializes in the areas of Leadership and Trust in organizations. He is the Founder and Director of the </span><a href="https://iecoinstitute.org/?lang=en" style="color:blue"><span lang="EN-US" style="sans-serif">Institute for Ethics in Communications and Organizations</span></a><span lang="EN-US" style="sans-serif"> (IECO), as well as the Director of the IECO-IV Chair of Business Ethics.
