DESCRIPTION:<p>	In this event we will discuss the possible opportunities for talent recruitment; specifically, Salvador Naya will talk about some of the current programs for the transition towards faculty positions at the UDC (Universidade da Coruña) and will analyze some of the European and Spanish tenure programs. In this case the speaker will talk about the program that the University of A Coruña has with INDITEX to recruit talent. The Intalentprogram, has recruited 6 new researchers to join the university and is now starting a second stage.
