DESCRIPTION:<p>	Urban Innovation researchers Jeremy Burke and Ramon Gras launched their startup Aretian in July 2018 to tackle complex urban challenges by means of combining boutique design solutions and complex systems analysis. Aretian was born as a natural byproduct of their joint Design Engineering thesis on Innovation Districts, developed between the Graduate School of Design and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Jeremy and Ramon have been incubating Aretian at the Harvard Innovation Lab since the summer of 2017. On April 3rd, 2019, Jeremy and Ramon will share their experience on how to build a startup within the Harvard ecosystem, as well as the challenges they face, and the lessons learned during the process.</p><p style="text-align: center;">	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="5cfdc17a-8a14-42e9-8465-9894b036d4b3" alt="aretian"></drupal-media></p><p>	Linked to the Postdoc Seminar in Innovative Teaching, different talks will be held at RCC concerning strategies for predocs and postdocs to be successful in the job market.
