DESCRIPTION:<p>	The intellectual development of researchers and their professional careers are usually aligned with their academic trajectory. However, there are processes to consolidate professional positions and to apply for merits in which additional complements are required in the curriculum that allow applicants to obtain a better score in the evaluation of curricular merits.</p><p style="text-align: center;">	<img alt="Image result for ANECA espana" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xf6cgon-i1c/VCZpW-4vIqI/AAAAAAAACao/yCU_huG9qSE/s1600/aneca-logo.gif"></p><p>	In this talk we will present the qualifications that must be met and under what conditions one can apply to the accreditation system of the Spanish agency (ANECA) and the six-year transfer of the Ministry of Education of the Government of Spain as examples of the curricular and extra-curricular merits necessary for a sucessful academic career.in the Spanish Higher Education system. </p><p>	<strong>Speakers: </strong>David Pascual Ezama, RCC Research Fellow, Harvard Business School; Associate Professor at Complutense University of Madrid, Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences.
