DESCRIPTION:<p>	<span style="background:white">First year students often lack an adequate background to fully profit some university courses. In Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, we are working in a virtual learning environment that allows us to cover these gaps in the student’s curricula. In this talk, I will explain the tools we have developed as well as our experience with the first year physics course.</span></p><p style="text-align: center;">	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="d2cb9494-37aa-45b4-80d4-1ef67db14d2d" alt="Alvar Daza"></drupal-media></p><p>	Linked to the Postdoc Seminar in Innovative Teaching, different talks will be held at RCC concerning strategies for predocs and postdocs to be successful in the job market.
