DESCRIPTION:<p>	How do you get into and get through an American grad school program? What’s life like in a Harvard PhD program? The aim of this talk is to describe what the path to a PhD entails in the United States, with a particular focus on Harvard and on the Sociology department.</p><p>	Linked to the Postdoc Seminar in Innovative Teaching, different talks will be held at RCC concerning strategies for predocs and postdocs to be successful in the job market.
