DESCRIPTION:<p>	After completing a successful PhD or postdoctoral research we are faced with the difficult task of finding a faculty position. Applying to institutions in the US or Spain follow different pathways that one needs to know beforehand. Based on my research and teaching experience at Harvard University and MIT, I will give a brief overview of this process as well as some hints on how to get better prepared for it.</p><p>	Linked to the Postdoc Seminar in Innovative Teaching, different talks will be held at RCC concerning strategies for predocs and postdocs to be successful in the job market.
