This webinar will cover general information and some advice about possible destinations for medical research, different pathways to carry out research abroad, funding opportunities, useful tips in the application process… We will answer your questions based on current researchers’ personal experience through this process at Harvard University.
We will explore visiting research opportunities and the application process of several centers (Harvard Medical School, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, ...) and departments (Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology, Biomedical Informatics, ... ). Besides, we will discuss how to contact research groups and apply for a position when there is no specific procedure, which does not mean they are not looking for new people.
