DESCRIPTION:<p>	Professor Eric De Brabander (Leiden University), Kabir Duggal (Baker McKenzie, New York), Professor José Martinez (Harvard University) and Professor Mark Wu (HLS) will critically examine the European Proposal for the creation of an investment court. The panel will discuss whether the Investment Court will satisfy critics and skeptics and discuss other alternatives that are being discussed by other countries.
