DESCRIPTION:<p>	A mutual insurance company is one of the typical legal forms of insurance companies. Since mutual insurance companies were implemented as legal entities in the Act of 1908, they have undergone significant changes in their main characteristics.</p><p>	The transposition of EU law into the Spanish legal regime has motivated multiple changes in the regulation and disposition of our insurance market.
