 Rubén Fernández-Costa, current Phd researcher in Journalism and Media Studies will share how his two backgrounds as journalist and engineer converge in the study of the new complex mediascape, where native and hybrid newspapers coexist and social media influencers compete.

 In his case study, the coverage that most important online media make of contemporary arts, a field of knowledge that has been often accused of being subjective, diffuse or elitist, he uses quantitative methodologies to map not only the most common bias of this information but also the best formules for the creator or the cultural institution to be featured and connect with a greater audience.
