RCC is pleased to announce this Leadership Skills Workshop at the Harvard Kennedy School, organized by the HKS Alumni/ae Association, featuring Prof. [Manuel Guillén](/people/manuel-guill%C3%A9n-parra), Founder and Director of [IECO](http://iecoinstitute.org/en/) will facilitate a reflective and experiential workshop exploring ‘the logic of trust’ and how leaders prompt and engender authentic spaces for trust in organizations. Participants will reflect, based on their own experience, on what exactly trust is, what its effects are, where it comes from, how it can be promoted and, if possible, how it can be ‘rebuild’.

The workshop will include, among others: Discussion with the attendees on the ‘ingredients’ of the concept of trust; Practical learning from participants’ experiences on ‘the logic of trust’; Reflections on practical ways of promoting trust in people management; What practical wisdom tells us to recover trust when it deteriorates.
