RCC is pleased to announce this workshop organized by Profs [José Manuel Páez Borrallo](/people/jos%C3%A9-manuel-p%C3%A1ez-borrallo), Rector’s Delegate of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) at RCC-Harvard, and [Iñaki Ábalos](http://www.gsd.harvard.edu/#/people/inaki-abalos.html), Chair of the Department of Architecture, Harvard Graduate School of Design.

PHI is today an international academic network, launched at 2008 by UPM, in the topic of Latin American Heritage Preservation. This workshop tries to present the current results of this international network and to give response to the increasing interest of some American universities which are involved in the preservation of the rich Hispanic Heritage at USA.
