 This event is aimed at doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers and will serve to transmit the ideas and general visions of the PostDoc Advisory Board in relation to the RCC PostDoc Conference to be celebrated in the Spring of 2019.

 This event will be of interest to all conference organizers but also to all doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows as it will touch upon topics related with conference organization that meets ANECA requirements as well as advice on the best conference configuration and avenues for participation in ways that strengthen participants and organizers´ CVs and serves as merits for ANECA accrediation.
