One of the elements that differentiate the US and Europe is the way conflicts among institutions and individuals are solved up. The decision about judicialization of conflicts does not affect citizen’s quality of life, but it also affects the effectiveness and efficiency both in social and economic effects. The panel bring three prestigious experts that work both in the private and public sectors. They will present a vision on how the European Union and members states are working on the alternative dispute resolutions from a comparative perspective with the US.
