In this seminar we will explore how advances in brain connectomics and non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS), particularly transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS), are opening new avenues for promoting brain health and strengthening resilience. The central aim is to investigate the potential of developing a brain prehabilitation strategy aimed at enhancing the brain's capacity to adapt to stress and neurological challenges by targeting specific brain networks and promoting neuroplasticity.

By bridging fundamental neuroscience with emerging clinical applications, this presentation invites us to rethink brain health beyond the prevention of cognitive decline, exploring whether personalized interventions and targeted neuromodulation could help build a healthier, more adaptable, and resilient brain throughout life.
